Locus Design was appointed as architect to develop options for the redesign of this family town house located in Balham in South London. The brief required the rearrangement of existing spaces and the creation of new accommodation to reflect the changing needs of the family whilst also taking the opportunity to fully renovate the existing house. The project was fully developed up to pre-planning and included new extensions at the ground and second floor levels as well as a full depth lower ground floor basement.
